Paciolan is the leading live events platform that connects fans to sports, concerts, and theatrical events that they love. We are the trusted technology partner for College Athletics Power Five Conferences and world-famous venues in the arena and performing arts verticals. We revel in waking up every day to solve the industry's most complex problems with innovation that makes every live event memorable for over 120M people.
As a member of the Tickets team, you will help in building the ticket management system for both consumer and enterprise users. Upon purchase, a fan can access their order history to download the mobile pass to attend the event. Tickets are the equivalent of currency. It's imperative to deliver these tickets to their mobile wallet, at speed.
You'll be partnering with Product to create solutions so our fans enjoy a seamless, delightful experience from buying/renewing a ticket to attending an event. We move fast and ship code to production daily. So, we rely on you to make decisions that can have a massive impact on the outcome. You'll get to own the end-to-end development and operation of our order management system.
What you'll do
- Leverage our paved road to ship faster and apply it to your day-to-day work
- Collaborate with product, UI/UX, customer success, and fellow engineers to come up with solutions that meet the desired outcomes
- Contribute ideas, research solutions and write Request For Comments (RFCs) to gather feedback
- Decide how to implement a solution based on tradeoffs
- Master your Order domain and resolve incident responses independently
- Develop insight based on analytics and suggest improvements
- Mentor and help team members outgrow their current role

The approximate national base pay range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000. Please note that this is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation based on individual and company performance. Placement on the range may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and geographic location. The pay rate will comply with all minimum federal, state, and local wage/salary requirements.
