Dietary Aides work closely with our clinical team to ensure that each Resident has a nutritional meal while still enjoying food that they love. Communication and teamwork is essential to provide meals to a large amount of Residents with specific wants and needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior food service experience
• Prior healthcare experience
• Ability to understand both written and verbal instructions
• Knowledge of dietary services practices and procedures
• Knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing dietary services in a long-term care facility
• Ability to work every other weekend is required!
