Description
Essential Functions1. Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and
procedures
2. Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines
3. Responsible for creating labels for the paperwork received from customer service representatives and to
call the carrier company and make arrangements for pickup by the carrier if it is a LTL shipment
4. Complete and oversee paperwork for accuracy, copy bills for shipping record keeping, and return the
original bills to the customer service representatives
5. Communicate with managers to ensure coordination of production lines and finished product
6. Responsible for coordination of product completion and shipments on a timely basis by logging and
inventory of the shipment and keeping a running total of the shipments
7. Resolve customer service issues with the client and carriers
8. Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1. Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
2. Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business
3. Ability to work on a rotating shift as needed
4. Ability to effectively work in teams
5. Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people
6. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles
7. Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math
8. Ability to become familiar with and be able to interpret packing slips, enter information into the computer,
and acknowledge receipt of goods into the purchase order
9. Ability to fill out bills of lading and be familiar with various forms that are used and required by major freight
carriers
10. Ability to use Microsoft Office and the Internet for online data updates for vendors
11. Must be familiar with proper packaging methods and able to interpret visual aids used to convey specific packing requirements

The expected salary range for this position is $20-$26/hour. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan and for a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; basic term life, AD&D, Short and Long term disability; EAP; 401(k) retirement savings plan; PTO and paid holidays.
