Description
Shift: 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)Pay: $21-$22/hour (based on experience)
Overview:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to manage daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. This hybrid role involves processing orders, working with ERP systems, coordinating freight, and maintaining organized inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, ship, and receive materials accurately and on time
- Prepare shipping paperwork (domestic & international) and maintain records in ERP
- Schedule freight pickups and manage carrier communications
- Operate forklifts and assist with warehouse organization, staging, and cycle counting
- Provide customer service via email and phone regarding shipping inquiries
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety guidelines
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years manufacturing experience
- 2+ years shipping/receiving experience; ERP knowledge preferred
- Forklift experience (sit-down)
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
Work Environment:
Manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, heat, and dust. PPE required (safety glasses, steel-toe boots, ear protection).What we offer you:
