Description

The Sign Technician (Public Works) fabricates, installs, and maintains traffic and street signage.
Key Responsibilities

- Fabricate, install, and repair traffic and street signs.

- Ensure signage complies with municipal standards.

- Maintain accurate records of sign installation and maintenance.

- Operate equipment and tools safely for signage tasks.

- Assist in traffic control setup for public works projects.
Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED required.

- Experience in sign fabrication, installation, or related field preferred.

- Knowledge of standards and municipal codes.

- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
