What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Degree in business administration, marketing, finance, economics, accounting, engineering, communications, or related field preferred.
- Six years or more related experience in account management, marketing, finance, engineering, sales, customer service, or related fields where building strong relationships is required.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.
- Requires excellent level of interpersonal and communication skills to develop and enhance working relationships with customers, as well as to advocate for customer needs within the Company.
- This position may be subject to assessment of skills, job match, and/or aptitude.
What you'll do:
- Manage relationships between the Company and assigned large industrial, commercial, institutional, municipal, and/or governmental customers.
- Provide excellent customer service, manage conflict, and respond to a wide variety of changing customer needs and challenges.
- Build in-depth understanding of the customers' business and develops the accounts at multiple levels with moderate levels of authority and independence.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for key industrial, commercial, and municipal customers, serving as the primary point of coordination for complex customer needs and utility-related issues, building strong customer relationships, identifying market opportunities and emerging customer priorities, bringing customer and market insights back into the organization, supporting special projects, and assisting in the development, negotiating, and implementation of customer agreements, value-added products, and service solutions.

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $82,000 - $102,000. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, this position qualifies for a comprehensive benefits package, including an Incentive Program, Retirement Benefits, Medical, Dental & Vision Plans, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, Life Insurance, Disability, Tuition Reimbursement, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences, and more.
