Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) PRN
Are you a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who loves making a difference? Do you enjoy helping people communicate and regain their independence? At Buckeye Care & Rehabilitation, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated SLP to join our dynamic team and contribute to improving the lives of our residents.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Therapy with Purpose: You will provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy to residents with a variety of conditions. Your work will help them regain the ability to communicate effectively, swallow safely, and improve overall quality of life.
- Individualized Treatment Plans: You will assess, plan, and implement therapy tailored to each resident's unique needs, helping them achieve their personal communication and functional goals.
- Collaborating with an Amazing Team: Work alongside a talented group of therapists, nurses, and healthcare professionals who share a common goal of providing the highest quality care to our residents.
- Making Connections: Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families, supporting them throughout their recovery journey, and celebrating milestones together.
- Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid state license
- A passion for helping others and making a real difference in their lives
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus, but we're open to new graduates with a drive to learn and grow!
