As an SLP at Whitney Oaks Care Center, you will:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans to support resident goals
• Provide therapy that enhances safety, quality of life, and functional communication
• Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, and care teams for the best resident outcomes
• Document services in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards

• Current California SLP license
• Passion for working with seniors in a post-acute/long-term care setting
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care
