- This position is designed and intended to be performed in Muscatine, IA
 
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to the development of annual budgets and quarterly financial forecasts.
 - Assist in building long-range strategic models to assess growth scenarios, evaluate investment opportunities, and guide resource allocation decisions.
 - Analyze monthly financial performance including revenue, margins, receivables, payables, and inventory.
 - Deliver variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to management.
 - Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to further strategic initiatives.
 - Develop and optimize BI dashboards and reporting tools.
 - Support the development of presentation materials and reports for senior executives and external partners.
 - Contribute to process improvements across the organization.
 - Partner with financial institutions to ensure regulatory compliance and fulfill reporting obligations.
 - Perform other duties as assigned.
 
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 or more years of experience in financial analysis.
 - Experience extracting and analyzing data from multiple systems.
 - Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting tools.
 - Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
 - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
 - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
 
TRAVEL EXPECTED:
- Occasional travel for visits and meetings with strategic partners, as well as company events.
