DescriptionVitalant is seeking a results-driven, sales process oriented and mission-focused Strategic Sales Team Manager (Donor Recruitment Manager) to lead a team of sales professionals and achieve departmental and organizational goals. Salary: Base pay, non-commissioned.
As a Donor Recruitment Manager at Vitalant, you will lead a high-performing team that partners with businesses and community officials to host blood drives, maximize donor engagement, and increase collection opportunities. Success in this role is measured by your team's ability to achieve departmental goals, KPIs, and metrics while delivering a mission-driven experience that helps save lives.
What to Expect
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

- Lead, train, and supervise a team of Account Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies and annual plans to meet departmental goals.
- Support Account Managers in building, maintaining and growing business partnerships to host blood drives.
- Monitor and optimize resource allocation, ensuring the team meets departmental metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including community officials.
- Ensure your team follows recruitment processes and maintains accurate reporting and account information.
- Inspire a mission-driven culture that emphasizes donor engagement and saving lives.
Requirements
Knowledge/ Education
1. Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in related field required.
Licenses/ Certifications
1. Valid in-state driver's license required.
Experience
1. Three years related experience required to include two years supervisory experience required.
Skills/Abilities
1. Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.
2. Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
3. Must have proficient computer skills.
4. Ability to think strategically and independently.
5. Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management to provide
consistent high levels of customer service.
6. Effective oral and written communication skills.
7. Ability to establish priorities and follow through on projects, paying close attention to
detail with minimal supervision.
8. Must have a participative management style, strong team development, and coaching skills.
9. Able to organize, prioritize, and execute a variable workload and multiple priorities.
