A Brief Overview
The Supervisor of Customer Master Data will oversee the management and integrity of customer data across various systems. This role involves leading a team of customer master data analysts, ensuring compliance with data governance policies, and driving initiatives to enhance data quality and accuracy.
What You Will Do
Team Leadership Supervise and mentor a team of customer master data analysts, providing guidance and support in daily operations. Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate professional development opportunities.
Data Management Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer master data across all platforms. Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Process Improvement Analyze existing data processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality. Collaborate with IT and other departments to design and implement data quality initiatives
Reporting and Analysis Generate and analyze reports on data quality metrics, identify trends and areas for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Stakeholder Collaborations Serve as the primary point of contact for customer master data escalations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data management practices
Speciality Projects Develop new automation techniques to effectively utilize resources. Monitor automations for areas of improvement and increase efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma
Bachelor's Degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in data management
-Proven experience with data governance frameworks and tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)

Technical & Functional Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in data analysis tool sand software (e.g., Excel, SQL)
Ability to research and evaluate data
Knowledge of systems OCE, Salesforce Service Cloud, and SAP ERP
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
