Shift: 1st shiftSched ule: Monday to Friday / 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Pay Range: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
Lead with Purpose and Precision
We're looking for a proactive and experienced Team Lead to support our manufacturing operations in Ozark, AL. This role combines hands-on production work with leadership responsibilities, helping guide the team and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operat e machinery and perform department-specific tasks as needed
- Provide daily guidance and support to department employees
- Monitor production quality and ensure materials and finished goods meet standards
- Coordinate work assignments and shift resources to meet production goals
- Support on-the-job training and ensure timely completion of training checklists
- Communicate issues to supervisors and maintenance, and help resolve problems on the floor
Requirements & Ski lls:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience, including machine operation
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 7 0 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks (bending, climbing, pushing, etc.)
- Basic computer skills and data entry skills
- Troubleshooting skills and basic hand tools knowledge
- Ability to work overtime and adapt to changing demands
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting . Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 70 lbs . PPE provided.What we offer you:
