Technical Services- Field Service SpecialistLocation: Remote (U.S.-based) with monthly visits to Lancaster, PA
Travel: ~60% nationwide (coast to coast)
Pay Range: $60k-$85k
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
About the Role:
We're seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Field Claims Investigator to join our team. This role involves a mix of scheduled site visits and occasional emergency onsite calls to investigate potential claims. You'll be the face of our company in the field, working directly with customers and documenting findings thoroughly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onsite investigations of potential claims across the U.S.
- Perform scheduled and emergency site visits.
- Document findings and communicate results clearly.
- Maintain regular contact with internal teams and clients.
- Travel frequently and manage logistics independently.
Requirements:
- Strong technical/computer skills (desktop and laptop use, file management, printing, etc.).
- Ability to work independently from a home office setup.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and customer-facing interactions.
- Must be available to be in Lancaster, PA at least once per month.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in field investigations, claims, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
