- Triconex Staging Technician - Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Description
What will you do?Candidate will provide support for the staging, wiring, testing, check-out, Factory Acceptance Testing, system breakdown and make ready for shipment of Triconex control Systems. Candidate should have experience with reading electric schematics and wiring diagrams. Candidate should be familiar with Control Cabinet, hardware and check-out. Knowledge of Triconex systems and equipment is a plus.
Candidate will perform cabinet set-up, powering and perform factory wiring corrections as needed. Should understand check-out and the use of test and calibration equipment. Candidate should have troubleshooting experience with system powering, cabinet/panel wiring and control systems hardware. Person should understand basic control cabinet wiring standards, able to understand ISO procedures and follow any project requirements. Coordination and work with engineering staff and customers as required by project needs. Must follow safe working practices of staging floors and working around powered equipment.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- 1+ years of Staging floor or Control Cabinet check-out experience
- Panel wiring experience, Cabinet hardware set-up, understanding electrical schematics and panel wiring diagrams
- Able to understand and perform Factory Acceptance Testing procedures and techniques
- Knowledge of safety control systems and equipment
- Adaptive learner, Self-starter, able to work with limited supervision and direction
- Strong English communications skills are required
- Candidate should have knowledge/experience in electrical, safety control systems check-out and basic engineering
