Blue Seal/ KENT® Nutrition Group, a member of the KENT WORLDWIDE family of companies has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Warehouse Order Selector at our Hagerstown, MD! This is a full-time, 1st shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) Monday-Friday position that offers a competitive wage and an outstanding benefits package.

• The compensation range for this role is $18.00 to $18.50 an hour in addition to KENT standard benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k). Final compensation is subject to variation based on the candidate's skills, job responsibilities, location and other pertinent factors.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pull customer orders, wrapping and filling trailers.
• Understand and practice product rotation.
• Fill out daily production paperwork legibly.
• Keep work area and storage locations clean and well swept at all times.
• Work overtime as required.
• Other duties as assigned by Plant Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Positive attitude and team spirit is required.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to read and understand production sheets and product identities.
• Ability to learn and follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to safely lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to working height, as job requires.
• Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperature.
