ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Receiving, preparing, and processing information for outgoing wires, from branches and through email and/or phone call.
Processing/Mailing Incoming wire confirmation notifications.
Wire verification and follow-up.
Preparing and maintaining Wire Transfer Agreements and wire logs.
Will be cross-trained on various other functions within the department as back-up.
Provide operational support for frontline sales staff.
Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position.

REQUIREMENTS
Customer service oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications.
Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent organizational skills.
Analytical, detail-oriented with good decision making skills.
Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor.
Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent work ethic
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of banking experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens.
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear.
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching.
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday.
Long periods of typing and repetitive motion.
Ability to lift and/or move and carry 5 pounds.
