Description
As an Assembler Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in assembling complex components and systems with precision and efficiency to support our manufacturing operations. Your expertise will contribute directly to the quality and reliability of our products, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you'll work out of our Lansdale, PA location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the manufacturing process by ensuring that assemblies meet stringent quality standards and production timelines, thereby supporting Honeywell's commitment to delivering superior products to the market.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform assembly of complex components and systems according to detailed instructions and blueprints.
- Inspect and verify the quality of assembled products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience in assembly roles within a manufacturing environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Thorough knowledge of assembly techniques, tools, and equipment used in complex product assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions accurately.
- Experience with quality control processes and adherence to safety standards.
WE VALUE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly, preferably in electronics or related industries.
- Familiarity with electronic components and soldering techniques is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
