Beet Color Technician

Seneca Foods in Clyman, Wisconsin is currently seeking a Beet Color Technician to join our team. The employee is responsible for operation of the beet color equipment and any associated duties with beet color production.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor and document all aspects of equipment operation.
• Perform, monitor and document all aspects of sanitation for equipment. Pull product samples as needed.
• Work with Quality staff and make adjustments to equipment to ensure product quality.
• Perform and maintain record keeping on line.
• Perform any necessary maintenance to the beet color equipment.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• To have knowledge in computers and Microsoft programs.
• To have basic math skills.
• To be very detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and problem solve.
• To be able to communicate verbally and in writing with other employees and Management/Supervision.
• To pass an initial aptitude test provided by the company.
• High School Education or equivalent.
