Our treatment center hours are: 5:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. M-F and 6:00 - 10:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.

 

Your Role:

• Help clients identify their strengths and use them to reach meaningful social, educational, vocational, and life goals.
• Be a steady source of hope and support as clients build a healthy, drug-free lifestyle, offering encouragement through every stage of their recovery journey.
• Ensure every client receives high-quality care by following program policies, procedures, and regulatory standards with consistency and professionalism.
• Perform all duties with integrity and within the scope of your professional license or certification, contributing to a safe and ethical treatment environment.
• Work from a stable, reliable workspace with a consistent internet connection to support accurate documentation and effective communication.

 

Qualifications and Skills

• Oregon CADC R, I, II, or III licensure.
• Valid driver's license.
• Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
• We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.

  United We Heal works with behavioral health professionals and behavioral health employers to collectively develop robust, industry-specific training opportunities for individuals pursuing QMHA, CADC or Medical Assistant certification.   While engaged in the apprenticeship, the individual will receive supervision and on-the-job training from ORTC. Participants in the apprenticeship program will not have any cost for the training.
