Now Hiring: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time PM Shift📍 Oak River Rehab - 3300 Franklin St, Anderson, CA 96007
💰 Starting at $20/HR DOE
🕑 Shift: PM | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
📅 Schedule: 4 days on / 2 days off

Position Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans. You'll play a vital role in maintaining residents' comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities (Summary):
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff
- Accurately document care, vitals, and observations
- Support meal service, hydration, and after-meal care
- Ensure resident rooms are clean, safe, and welcoming
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and transportation
- Maintain resident confidentiality and follow all safety and infection control policies
- Promote a calm, respectful, and compassionate care environment
Qualifications:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license and in good standing in the State of CA
- CPR preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
