What you will enjoy doing*

• You will answer inbound phone calls from internal and external customers
• Process payments is part of your role and to make credit release decisions following procedures as stated in The Linde way
• Refer customer disputes to field personnel for final resolution
• You are going to make payment arrangements on delinquent accounts
• Perform outbound collections calls in support of credit release procedures
• Escalate customer disputes and collections situations as necessary
• You will assist the team in meeting inbound service level standards

What makes you great

• You must have a High School diploma / GED required
• More than two (2+) years Credit & Collections experience
• Handling inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• Computer experience in Word and Excel
• You have great customer service skills and effective verbal communication skills
• Working successfully in a team environment

Pay Range: $18.57 - $27.24
