How will you make your impact?
As a Communications Specialist with Linxon, drive the development and execution of strategic communications initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and reinforce the organization's position as a leader in delivering complex energy infrastructure projects across the Americas. Partner closely with executive leadership, including the Managing Director for the Americas and Global Head of Communications, to translate business strategy, innovation, digitalization, and operational excellence into compelling narratives that elevate market presence, enhance stakeholder engagement, and support corporate growth objectives. Serve as a trusted communications advisor, ensuring consistent, impactful messaging that reflects Linxon's commitment to precision, innovation, and premium project execution while fostering alignment across regional and global teams.
What will you do?
You will develop and execute communications strategies across the Americas that align with business objectives, strengthen brand awareness, and support market growth.
You will create clear, compelling messaging and content that translates complex energy, infrastructure, and EPC topics for customers, employees, partners, and industry stakeholders.
You will produce executive communications, thought leadership, press releases, presentations, digital campaigns, and storytelling content that highlights company achievements, innovation, and project success.
You will partner with senior leaders to communicate strategic priorities, business initiatives, and organizational accomplishments with consistency and impact.
You will lead and coordinate communications efforts across regional, global, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, brand consistency, and a unified corporate voice.
You will manage communications for conferences, trade shows, customer events, and executive engagements to enhance brand visibility and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
You will support employee engagement, organizational culture, and internal alignment through effective internal communications initiatives.
You will oversee multiple communications projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
You will drive collaboration across geographically dispersed teams and foster knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
You will monitor industry, market, and competitive trends to identify opportunities for strategic messaging, reputation management, and enhanced communications positioning.
You will support corporate reputation and stakeholder engagement through proactive communications planning and strategic outreach.
You will travel throughout the Americas to support business initiatives, customer events, executive engagements, and communications activities.
Who you are?
You bring 510 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing communications, or public relations within global or complex organizations.
You have experience supporting B2B organizations, preferably in energy, infrastructure, engineering, EPC, industrial, or related industries.
You are a strong storyteller with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.
You possess exceptional written, verbal, and editorial communication skills and can tailor messaging across executive, employee, customer, and external stakeholder groups.
You have experience developing communications strategies that support business growth, brand visibility, and organizational objectives.
You excel at building relationships and influencing stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
You have partnered with senior leaders on executive communications, strategic messaging, and thought leadership initiatives.
You have managed internal and external communications programs within matrixed or multinational environments.
You bring strong project management skills and can successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You have experience supporting industry events, conferences, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.
You are collaborative, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively across global teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $82,200 to $157,600 US. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
