Canyon Springs Post Acute - San Jose, CA

Canyon Springs Post Acute is growing and looking to expand our team! We are seeking a dependable and motivated Dietary Cook to join our work family and help provide quality meals to our residents.

Compensation

• $20.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary guidelines
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients following recipes
• Ensure all meals meet dietary restrictions and quality standards
• Check ingredients for freshness and proper storage
• Plate, arrange, and garnish food in an appealing manner
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment
• Follow all food safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience preferred
• ServSafe certification
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food safety practices
