What you will enjoy doing*
- You will provide administrative and operational support to the South Region Distribution team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- And you will maintain driver credentials, track expirations, and issue timely renewal notifications
- Manage driver qualification records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Maintain personnel files and process employee and driver documentation
- Further, you will coordinate driver schedules, onboarding activities, meetings, and general administrative tasks
- Issue and track HID badges and gate access, ensuring accurate access control records
- You will process daily operational paperwork, maintain organized filing systems, and manage office supply inventory
- Support leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to process improvements, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
What makes you great
- You have a High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to five (2-5) years of administrative or operations support experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- You have strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Communicate clearly and work effectively with team members
