Description
Work Schedule:100% FTE, 2nd Shift. Hours are from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm Monday through Friday with alternating on-call, weekends and holidays. You will work at the University Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to:
- Help make an impact on patient care by leading our remarkable Environmental Services team as they play a critical role in preventing infection.
- Plan, direct and assign the work to be completed by the environmental services technicians, seniors and environmental services floor care technicians.
- Document completion of work through daily productivity reports.
- Complete inspections, rounding, documentation and regular meetings with other departments to ensure quality of work.

Qualifications
- No minimum education required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of EVS or Leadership experience. Preferred
Work Experience
- 2 years previous supervisory or lead role experience in a large organization Required
- 5 years previous supervisory experience at an acute health care facility Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Hazardous waste awareness certificate within 1 Year Required
