Description

1. Operate grinder; safely operate and maintain grinding equipment.

2. Fill in for operators as needed; floating position between the weld lines.

3. Remove and replace grinding wheels.

4. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).

5. Participates in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.

6. Must be able to select the right tool for the job not always a grinder

7. Required to use other tools other than a grinder (for weld splatter & cutting racks)

8. Maintain safe and clean work environment.

9. Contribute to team effort.

10. Other duties as assigned.
