Change Lives.Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pmSalary: $65,000 - $70,000Program: Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS)Location: Philadelphia & Delaware CountiesWhat you will do- Provide direct supervision to program staff (individual and group), maintain 24-hour availability for emergency consultation, and offer backup supervisory support to other programs as needed
- Ensure all program services comply with recovery and cultural competency principles, applicable licensing standards, contractual requirements, and agency policies
- Collect and assess outcome data, conduct continual program evaluation, and develop and implement performance improvement strategies
- Oversee staff development through regular meetings, in-service training, and performance feedback; assist supervisor in developing the annual program plan
- Manage program operations including budget oversight, documentation of compliance indicators, community and interagency relations, and development of formal proposals to address program needs
What you Bring
- Master's Degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university (or evaluated foreign equivalent), with a minimum of three years of post-degree experience in behavioral health, including one year of progressive supervisory responsibility and at least one year of direct mental health services to children, youth, or young adults
- Active Pennsylvania licensure required in one of the following: LPC, LCSW, LSW, psychologist, psychiatrist, CRNP with mental health certification, marriage and family therapist, or licensed behavior specialist - with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of IBHS services
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, criminal clearance, and fingerprint-based federal criminal history check; verified absence from all Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion lists
