What you will enjoy doing*
- You will perform calibrations, troubleshooting, repairs, and instrumentation installations as required
- Complete all administrative, reporting, and documentation responsibilities associated with the role
- Maintain operating and maintenance history records for equipment as required
- Prepare and maintain EAM/Procal work orders, service reports, and equipment calibration records within the Linde I/E CMMS maintenance database system
- Further, you will troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain pneumatic and electronic analog and digital process control instrumentation
- Troubleshoot and repair predictive program instrumentation and document repair history in the CMMS system and site-specific documentation
- Troubleshoot systems using control logic drawings related to process control
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and perform minor repairs on low-voltage electrical systems (600 VAC and below)
- And you will support startup, shutdown, and operation of process plant equipment
- Calibrate and maintain process analytical equipment, including thermal conductivity, gas chromatographs, and electrolytic process analyzers
- Schedule and perform maintenance activities for electrical and electronic control systems, instrumentation, pneumatics, control valves, motor control systems, low-voltage electrical distribution, computer interfaces, and analytical equipment
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair automatic control valves
- And you will ensure spare parts inventory is available and replenish parts as needed
- Maintain a high level of personal safety and environmental awareness
- Climb ladders and stairways and operate man-lifts to perform elevated instrumentation and control valve maintenance
- Instruct contract personnel on safety rules and regulations and monitor compliance at all times
What makes you great
- You have a High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in process control instrumentation
- Proficiency using I/E hand tools, meters, instrument calibration equipment, and related testing devices
- Working knowledge of electricity, electrical systems, and motors
- You have ability to read and interpret P&IDs and schematic wiring diagrams
- Strong organizational and planning skills are required
- You have strong computer skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Associate of Applied Science degree or completion of a related apprenticeship program preferred

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $53,625 - $78,650
