The Inventory Coordinator will oversee inventory integrity within a warehouse/manufacturing setting while ensuring precise and reliable stock levels for seamless operational flow. This role involves coordinating and maintaining inventory accuracy while adhering to cGMP standards. Effective cross-departmental communication is key to meeting inventory demands efficiently.What you'll be doing

• Facilitate ongoing inventory counts, prioritizing accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify and address discrepancies in blocked stock to maintain inventory fluidity.
• Enforce inventory management policies and best practices consistently.
• Maintain compliance with established operational and procedural standards.
• Oversee product rotation and quality, addressing any concerns proactively.
• Collaborate on adjustments to inventory and stocking levels as needed.
• Analyze and rectify shipping discrepancies to prevent product loss.
• Assist in performing annual Physical Inventory.
• Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus' Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.
• Execute additional tasks as required.

• High school diploma required, and 3+ years related experience in inventory and warehouse distribution setting.
• Proven background in inventory management preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of logistics and distribution software tools, including SAP and shipping software.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
