As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage production operations within the integrated supply chain, ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes. You will oversee daily production activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals and customer expectations.Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.
- Collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in production supervision within supply chain or manufacturing environments, with a focus on operational efficiency and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in managing production schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams, and resolving operational issues.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production tracking software to monitor and optimize production performance.
