What You'll Be Doing
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead multiple high-impact IT projects from concept through deployment and support
- Develop project charters, business cases, budgets, timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage scope, schedules, costs, quality, communications, and stakeholder expectations
- Deliver executive-level project updates and performance reporting
- Drive successful change management, training, and user adoption efforts
- Design, develop, and enhance Oracle-based business applications
- Build solutions using Oracle APEX and PL/SQL
- Support enterprise integrations and application architecture initiatives
- Lead ERP upgrades, enhancements, global rollouts, and optimization projects
- Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Facilitate requirements gathering and solution design workshops
- Partner with operations, supply chain, finance, quality, and engineering teams
- Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and technology vendors worldwide
- Ensure alignment with corporate governance, security, and IT standards
- Promote best practices in project management and technology delivery
What You Bring
Project Management Expertise
You have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and global teams.
Oracle Development Experience
You possess hands-on experience developing and customizing Oracle environments, including:
- Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Oracle Cloud technologies
- Oracle APEX
- PL/SQL Development
- Oracle Databases and Reporting Tools
You know how to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders. You can translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions and keep projects moving forward.
Manufacturing Industry Knowledge
You understand how technology supports manufacturing operations, including:
