Description
OVERVIEW iTech AG, a distinguished government consulting firm, we recognize the paramount importance of contracts in ensuring our company's success and our clients' satisfaction. We are looking for a Junior Contracts Administrator who is eager to embrace the development and growth of our contracts department.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and organize contract files, amendments, statements of work, and supporting documentation within contract management systems and shared repositories.
- Track contract milestones, expiration dates, renewals, and funding limits to ensure timely action by stakeholders.
- Support contract lifecycle administration by routing agreements for review, approval, execution, and distribution.
- Coordinate with Program Managers, Finance, and Operations teams to collect required documentation and ensure contractual compliance.
- Enter and maintain accurate contract data the contract management systems, ensuring records remain current and audit-ready.
- Review basic contract terms to ensure alignment with company policies and regulations.
- Draft NDAs and TAs and route routine correspondence under supervision.
- Serve as the first point of contact for contract-related questions from internal teams, escalating more complex queries to senior staff.
- Assist with subcontractor and vendor onboarding activities, including collecting certificates of insurance, and required compliance documentation.
- Participate in customer and subcontractor communications related to the contract, modifications, and administrative actions while maintaining proper records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by helping streamline contract administration processes, document tracking, and reporting workflows.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of experience with government contract administration.
- Proficient in written and oral communication.
- Proficient with MS Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree is a plus and will be considered in lieu of experience
- Prior internship or professional experience supporting contracts, legal operations, procurement, or compliance functions preferred.
- CCMA Certification
SECURITY CLEARANCE
- Due to the support of government contracts and the position being located at a cleared facility, this position requires U.S. citizenship.
