Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the inventory control processes, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and inventory adjustments
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies or issues
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve inventoryrelated problems and implement process improvements
• Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control processes
• Train and mentor inventory control assistants to ensure compliance with procedures and best practices

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using inventory management software and tools
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
