Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the inventory control processes, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and inventory adjustments
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve inventoryrelated problems and implement process improvements
- Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control processes
- Train and mentor inventory control assistants to ensure compliance with procedures and best practices
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using inventory management software and tools
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
