If you're a Maintenance Director dedicated to planning, directing, and supervising all maintenance at the facility to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents, we want to hear from you.• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid Virginia driver's license
• Must have at least four (4) years experience in maintenance
• Possess fundamental requirements for electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, and various
mechanical systems
Preferred
• Training in a trade school or apprentice program in the maintenance field
