Inframark is seeking an experienced Wastewater Operations Leader to oversee the operation and maintenance of five municipal wastewater treatment plants of varying sizes and technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who combines technical expertise with a passion for team development and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations, maintenance, and compliance activities across multiple wastewater facilities
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and capital improvement planning
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop operations staff
• Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance

• Georgia Class 1 Wastewater Operator License (or equivalent)
• Experience with MBR systems preferred
• 5+ years of wastewater operations and supervisory experience
• Municipal wastewater treatment leadership experience
• Experience managing multiple facilities and budgets
• Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
• Valid driver's license
• College degree
