Job Description:Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a {{ facility type }} in Hudson, Wisconsin to hire an experienced Pharmacist for a contract assignment. Qualifications:
- Active Pharmacist license in the state of Wisconsin
- PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree required
- 1+ year of previous experience in Home Health Or Hospice pharmacy setting
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Pharmacist Contract Details:
- $2,120 - $2,286 per week*
- AM shift available
- 13-week contract with possibility to extend
Key Responsibilities:
- Medication preparation and dispensing
- Review and interpret medication orders for accuracy and safety
- Monitor patient medication therapy and adjust as needed
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support pharmacy operations and workflow as needed
