Description

You will report directly to our Sr Engineering Program Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company's success by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of complex engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Technical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience in requirements based engineering and ARP4754 implementation strategies.
• Experience managing requirements databases in DOORS.
