What you will enjoy doing*
- You will work 12-hour rotating shifts in a 24/7/365 production environment
- Start up and shut down plant equipment and processes safely and efficiently
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and adjust equipment and process operating parameters to maintain optimal performance
- Perform valve line-ups accurately and in accordance with operating procedures
- Further, you will prepare equipment for maintenance activities, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Issue and manage permits to ensure maintenance work is completed safely and compliantly
- Exercise sound judgment to operate the facility safely, reliably, and efficiently at all times
- Develop and update operating procedures as needed
- Train and mentor new employees on plant operations, safety practices, and procedures
- And you will communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders when required
- Perform basic troubleshooting and identify operational issues
- Recognize when escalation is necessary and engage appropriate specialists for advanced technical support
- And you will maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational requirements
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What makes you great
- You have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- More than two (2) + years Production Operations experience or Associates Degree with previous internship in Plant Operations is preferred

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $53,625 - $78,650
