What you will enjoy doing*
- You will lead productivity initiatives and projects that deliver significant cost savings and operational improvements.
- Identify and prioritize productivity opportunities across Air Separation, CO2, and Standard Plants operations.
- Partner with Production, Distribution, and Business teams to improve efficiency and performance.
- Further, you will drive change management initiatives and build support for continuous improvement efforts.
- Accountable for achieving annual regional cost savings targets of approximately 6%.
- Lead multiple Lean Six Sigma projects of varying complexity each year.
- Align continuous improvement activities with regional business goals and strategies.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify, scope, and charter productivity projects.
- And you will evaluate risks, develop mitigation plans, and recommend productivity solutions.
- Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct management authority.
- Identifie and implement best practices to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.
- Monitor industry trends and benchmarks to recommend process, tool, and methodology enhancements.
- Mentor and coache Green Belts on Lean Six Sigma tools and project execution.
- And you will conduct plant reviews, including operational and financial assessments, to identify improvement opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and internal consultant to productivity leaders and project teams.
- Travel regularly to plant sites throughout the East Region.
What makes you great
- You have 5+ years of experience in business, project management, or operations.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to aggregate, analyze, and synthesize data for informed decision-making.
- You have ability to build effective relationships across different levels, functions, cultures, and geographic locations.
- Comfortable influencing stakeholders and driving change without direct authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver concise and persuasive messages.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $90,000 - $132,000
