This allows us to take a comprehensive, holistic approach to improving the lives of every person we serve - those who receive and those who reap the benefits of our innovative, responsive solutions.About the RoleAs a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker, you'll work directly with individuals experiencing mental health and behavioral health challenges, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and supports needed to live productive, successful lives.Location: Wyomissing, PAPay Rate: $19.00 /hour
Schedule: Full-Time; Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (flexible scheduling available)

What You'll Do
- Provide recovery‑oriented psychiatric rehabilitation services based on individualized service plans
- Support consumers with daily living skills, medication education, budgeting, self‑care, and supportive counseling
- Maintain a small caseload (4-5 consumers) while promoting independence and personal growth
- Accompany consumers to medical appointments and complete daily van runs
- Meet regularly with individuals in their homes, schools, and community settings
- Build trusting relationships that encourage personal growth and success
- Assist clients in overcoming barriers that may interfere with their ability to live productive and fulfilling lives
- Administer medications in accordance with DPW standards
- Respond appropriately to crises and support healthy relationships
- Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with 2600 regulations
- Collaborate with program staff while working independently as needed
- Assist with light housekeeping, meals, and other hands‑on support as required
What You'll Bring
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or Associate's Degree with at least 1 year of experience in a human services‑related field
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Required Clearances & Qualifications
- PA Criminal Clearance
- PA Child Abuse Clearance (if applicable)
- FBI Fingerprint Clearance
- Valid Driver's License
- Not listed on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion lists
