GENERAL SUMMARY

The Quality Operator tests product batches audits and monitors manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards. Tests production maintains Certificates of Analysis (COA) from suppliers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform first-piece, in-process, final, and receiving inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Document inspection results, discrepancies, and corrective actions in accordance with established quality management systems.
• Maintain and complete all required Quality Control documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Generate non-conformance and defect reports as required.
• Analyze inspection data and prepare detailed quality reports for management review.
• Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
