The Recruiter is responsible for supporting the organization's staffing needs by managing full-cycle recruitment activities for corporate, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and administrative positions. This role partners with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with company hiring practices.

The Recruiter will utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates, maintain talent pipelines, and support the organization in meeting its staffing objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- \n
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, offer coordination, and onboarding support. \n
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and hiring timelines. \n
- Source candidates through online job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, career fairs, and community partnerships. \n
- Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for open positions. \n
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams and facilitate timely communication throughout the hiring process. \n
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). \n
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and high-volume positions. \n
- Assist with creating and posting job advertisements to attract qualified applicants. \n
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely follow-up. \n
- Prepare offer documentation and coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug screens, and onboarding requirements. \n
- Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities to promote employment opportunities. \n
- Generate routine recruiting activity reports and provide updates on open positions and candidate pipelines. \n
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruiting procedures throughout the hiring process. \n
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, staffing partners, and community organizations. \n
- Perform other related duties as assigned. \n

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
\n
\n
- \n
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and sourcing techniques. \n
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and similar sourcing tools. \n
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills. \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \n
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. \n
- Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners. \n
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities. \n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. \n

Education and Experience
\n
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred. \n
- Minimum of 2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, supply chain, or operational environments. \n
- Experience recruiting both hourly and salaried positions. \n
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Dayforce experience preferred. \n
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting efforts is preferred. \n

This role pays an hourly rate of $30-$40 per hour.
