Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the reliability engineering team to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of products
- Foster a collaborative and highperformance team culture, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to team members
- Develop and implement comprehensive reliability engineering strategies, plans, and processes to enhance product reliability
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align reliability goals with overall business objectives
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve reliability issues throughout the product lifecycle
- Analyze product failure data, identifying root causes and trends to implement corrective actions and improve product reliability
- Conduct reliability testing and analysis to validate and verify product performance under various conditions
- Utilize testing data to drive improvements in product design and functionality
- Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to the reliability engineering team and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to product reliability
- Manage and optimize the reliability engineering budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ years of experience in reliability engineering in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles, tools, and techniques.
- Experience with reliability testing and analysis methods.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

The annual base salary range for this position is 134,000-168,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
