Description
Our vast array of services - educational, employment, vocational, residential, habilitative, and behavioral health - are delivered through a network of national and international affiliates. Schedule: Full-Time; Monday through Friday, 1:00pm - 9:00pm, Saturday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

What You'll Do
- Provide person-centered services in accordance with Recovery Model principles and program standards.
- Assist residents with life skills development, including budgeting, self-care, medication management, and community living skills.
- Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans.
- Connect residents with community resources and support services.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with treatment teams, providers, and supports to promote positive outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Associate's Degree with 1 year of experience in a human service-related field
- Clearances: Criminal Clearance and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Valid Driver's License.
