Midtown Oaks Post Acute is looking for strong, compassionate RN Supervisors to join our leadership team! We have one AM shift and one PM shift available, offering a great opportunity to step into a key role where your clinical expertise and leadership truly make a difference.

What You'll Do:

• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff
• Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident outcomes
• Mentor and guide staff to maintain a positive, team-focused environment
• Assist with admissions, assessments, and care planning

• Active California RN license
• Supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred
• Strong clinical and organizational skills
• Ability to lead with confidence, compassion, and accountability
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
