Job Overview

Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position. You will provide high-quality care to our residents in a supportive, fast-paced post-acute environment.

• Compensation: $50.00 - $54.00 per hour
• Job Type: Full-Time AM SHIFT

Key Responsibilities

• Assess resident health conditions and create individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Monitor patient vitals and track medical histories.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families.
• Supervise Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Experience in post-acute, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred.
