What you will enjoy doing*

• You are expected to analyzes customers machines at their site to diagnosis problems and independently recommend solutions via service or equipment sales
• Surveys customers machines to establish a base line on existing efficiencies, analyzes potential productivity gains and savings, presents to customer and independently implements
• Installs new machines to meet manufactures installation standards
• Works with National Market Manager(s) to propose new machines to existing and new customer base
• You will ensures equipment is in safe working condition once repairs are complete
• Provides monthly reporting of activities and billings to National Automation Service Manager
• You are expected to attend service trainings as required to stay up to date on the latest technologies and offerings
• Also, you will work within a team atmosphere with other regional technicians

What makes you great

• You must have a high School Diploma / GED required; Technical Degree in Electronics preferred
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required
• You have five (5) years experience in an electrical in manufacturing environment preferred
• Welding or cutting experience preferred
• Excellent communication and computer or PC skills required
• Will require occasional overnight/weeklong travel
• You can travel approximately 50%
