What you will enjoy doing*
- You are expected to analyzes customers machines at their site to diagnosis problems and independently recommend solutions via service or equipment sales
- Surveys customers machines to establish a base line on existing efficiencies, analyzes potential productivity gains and savings, presents to customer and independently implements
- Installs new machines to meet manufactures installation standards
- Works with National Market Manager(s) to propose new machines to existing and new customer base
- You will ensures equipment is in safe working condition once repairs are complete
- Provides monthly reporting of activities and billings to National Automation Service Manager
- You are expected to attend service trainings as required to stay up to date on the latest technologies and offerings
- Also, you will work within a team atmosphere with other regional technicians
What makes you great
- You must have a high School Diploma / GED required; Technical Degree in Electronics preferred
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required
- You have five (5) years experience in an electrical in manufacturing environment preferred
- Welding or cutting experience preferred
- Excellent communication and computer or PC skills required
- Will require occasional overnight/weeklong travel
- You can travel approximately 50%
