Description

1. Operate cutting table to cut out mockups.

2. Prepare assembly instruction sheets.

3. Assemble, fill, and ship mockups for customer.

4. Develop a working knowledge of, and utilize design/CAD software, including shippers, fillers etc.

5. Set personal goals to improve knowledge of total operations of the design department.

6. Organize and maintain customer sample products.

7. Provide feedback on possible design improvements or corrections for samples and prototypes.

8. Organize and maintain shop along with cleanliness.

9. Maintain all sample shop machines as needed.

10. Order all material and hardware as needed.

11. Receive and ship samples/materials.

12. Other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification

Level Required

HS Diploma or GED

Desired

Associates Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education requirement.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.

2. SAP experience

3. CAD experience.

4. Ability to handle the stress of working with others. T

5. Availability outside of normal business hours.

6. Ability to lead by example
