Description

Pay: $19.00/hr, On-Demand Pay Available (access a portion of your earned wages before payday)

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm, with overtime as required including Saturday and Sunday

Location: 8598 E. Country Road 100 S., Avon, Indiana 46123

Job Type: Seasonal - not benefits eligible

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inspect products and materials for defects or inconsistencies
  • Maintain quality control records and reports
  • Assist with audits and inventory verification
  • Delegate daily workload and tasks as necessary
  • Monitor returned or rejected products and help identify root cause(s)

What You Bring:
  • Previous distribution center quality control experience - required
  • Previous leadership experience - preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs throughout your shift.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
