Description
As a Senior Contracts Manager at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the contract lifecycle for our business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, legal, and finance teams, to ensure the successful execution of contracts and compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations. Your expertise in contract management and negotiation will be instrumental in driving successful business outcomes and mitigating legal risks.The Senior Contracts Manager will have a significant impact on Honeywell's contract management function and overall business operations. By effectively managing and overseeing the execution of contracts, this role will ensure that Honeywell operates in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and protecting the company's interests.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the endtoend contract lifecycle, including negotiation, drafting, and review
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide strategic advice
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
- Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks in contracts
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with customers, suppliers, and other third parties
- Maintain accurate and uptodate contract records and documentation
- Handle contract disputes and provide guidance on dispute resolution
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ years of experience managing/negotiating contracts
- Expert in formulating strategy, analysis, interpretation, and linkage with other elements when negotiating terms and conditions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
